Lenny-Campino Hartmann
Lenny is co-founder and managing director of tokenstreet. He is a passionate problem solver and is mainly responsible for technical development at tokenstreet. He started writing his first lines of code at the age of 13, gave technical advice to his first startups at 16 and has never shied away from a technical challenge since. In addition to software development, he has a keen interest in the legal and regulatory structuring of financial products, which is why he has been instrumental in establishing this area at tokenstreet. His vision is to make innovative and lucrative financial products accessible to the masses.
Daniel Reichhart
Daniel is co-founder of tokenstreet and is responsible for product development. In addition to his software engineering studies at CODE University, he has a background in full-stack software development with a focus on front-end development. He is always up to date with the latest technologies and tries to develop them further in order to create better development and user experience processes. He has also been working on the topic of blockchain and decentralised finance for several years and plays a key role in shaping our product.
Vincent Amm
Vincent is co-founder and managing director of tokenstreet. He is responsible for operations and strategy.
Vincent has been involved with investment opportunities since his youth and has found his great passion in them. He is convinced that individual retirement provision is becoming increasingly important in the current pension system and has therefore set himself the goal of offering more people a better access to investment opportunities.
Dr. Andreas Dombret
From May 2010 to May 2018, Prof. Dr. Andreas Dombret was a member of the Executive Board of the Deutsche Bundesbank and responsible for banking and financial supervision, economic education, risk controlling and the Bundesbank's foreign representative offices.
Previously, he worked at Deutsche Bank's head office in Frankfurt from 1987 to 1991, at JP Morgan in Frankfurt and London from 1992 to 2002, and as Co-Head of Rothschild Germany in Frankfurt and London from 2002 to 2005, before joining Bank of America as Vice Chairman for Europe and Head of Germany, Austria and Switzerland from 2005 to 2009.
After leaving the Deutsche Bundesbank, Andreas Dombret was a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in Basel until the end of 2018 and then took on a portfolio of advisory mandates. Among others, he advises the international management consultancy Oliver Wyman, the major Japanese bank Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp (SMBC) and the London-based equity research house Autonomous.
He is also a consultant to the US investment bank Houlihan Lokey and the Hamburg-based FinTech Deposit Solutions and gives lectures in Germany and abroad. He also teaches as an Adjunct Senior Research Scholar at the Faculty of International & Public Affairs at Columbia University in New York.
Joachim Spill
Has over 30 years of experience in transaction support for companies and private equity firms. Specialises in financial due diligence, company valuations and shareholder value projects. As Managing Partner of EY, Joachim Spill was in charge of the management of global trading activities for clients from Germany, Switzerland and Austria as well as for foreign clients wishing to become active in the DACH region.
Joachim Spill joined EY in 1988. In 1997, he moved to the newly founded Transaction Services Group and later headed it as Head of Strategy and Transactions for the Germany, Switzerland, Austria region, and later for the Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA) region. From 2007 to the end of 2009, he was also Country Coordinator of the Financial Services Organization (FSO) in Germany.
Dr. Olaf Neubert
Dr Olaf Neubert has dedicated the last 25 years to the private equity industry and brings with him a comprehensive understanding of the inner workings of the global investment community. His European background and professional experience has given him recognised access to investors, particularly in Europe. This has enabled him to successfully close various mandates even in the most challenging times. Olaf has introduced his first-class fund manager clients to institutional investors under the umbrella of his trust. Over the years, he has initiated and helped build many successful LP-GP relationships. He is highly respected and recognised by both investors and fund managers.
Alexander Mettenheimer
Alexander Mettenheimer is a professional supervisory board member and investor with more than 30 years of professional experience in private banking, capital market business and asset management. Born in 1952, the fully qualified lawyer studied in Frankfurt, Bonn and Modena. He learned the intricacies of banking at Citibank in London, where he was active in trade finance, derivatives and securities business. This was followed by positions at Citibank in Germany - most recently as Spokesman of the Management Board of what was then Citibank Privatkunden AG, now Targobank. New challenges finally awaited him for two years each in positions of regional responsibility at Citibank in Mexico and for Latin America in the USA. Alexander Mettenheimer returned to Germany in 2001.
As a personally liable partner of the renowned private bank Merck Finck & Co., he was the Spokesman of the Executive Board until 2010. From August 2010 to June 2013, he was First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bayerische Landesbank and Chairman of the Risk Committee. From June 2015 to March 2016, he was Spokesman of the Management Board of BHF Bank AG and Interim CEO. From April 2016 to December 2019, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of ODDO BHF Bank AG and its Risk and Audit Committees.
He has been a non-executive director of TR European Grwoth Trust plc, London, since 2011, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Small&MidCap Investmentbank AG in Munich since 2016 and Managing Partner of TopCap Partners (Europe) GmbH since 2018.
